Station 4 – 5 Burpee Box Jump-Overs + 10 Walking Lunges with KB Farmer’s Carry (32/24 kg)

A. scaled to 50# dbs for walking lunges otherwise RX. Amazing workout!
done, barely so good

Done with kippiing pull-ups because I wouldn’t have made the time going strict. Also used 55# dbs on the lunges. Was proud of myself on this one, wanted to quit so many times but didn’t.
