I usually mix performance and fitness so i added 1PC+3Jerk on A for today (kept i light and focused on technique for the Jerk esp as this is a weakness for me.

1PC+3Jerk: 40/50/60/60kg
KBS:32/40/48/48 (20 reps Russian style)
DBWL: 24/24/24/28kg
Side Plank: 45s each side
B
8 rounds + 4 pu 22.5kg DB
Ok, pretty winded today, even on A part 😛 Grip is a bit of an issue overall today.
