Can anyone share whether there is a cut off for time? Im kinda confused…
I also don’t understand the scores… Im having a hurpa durpa moment.
Work for 3 minutes then rest 3 minutes. Repeat 5 times. After the rest start on the exercise/rep you stopped on. 140 reps is a round. Hope that helps.

I modified a bit to keep myself moving and be able to do everything unbroken.
So
10 pullups
15 pushups
20 abmat situps
25 squats
Always started each Rd at the beginning

Pushups slowed me down the most. Had good rhythm on butterfly pullups, closed my eyes and just cranked out the abmats.
Great modification! Way to keep up the intensity!

3rds. 81 reps. Felt like puking on the beginning of the 5th round. Haven’t felt like that in a while. Tried to keep up intensity but decided I would rather keep my food in my stomach. Fun Saturday workout.
Now I can go eat and drink and not feel too bad. See y’all on Monday.
