B: Shoulder has not liked pressing the last half year, felt better today but safed it and scaled to:
8 pushups
8 strict pullups
6 + 6 one foot squat from box touching heel to floor
Did exactly 5 rounds, those pullups went slower and slower.

B. 6 + 11with khspu with 2 mats underhead and band assisted pistols.

One of the best day strenght wise I have felt in a couple months.
A. Up to 245. Failed 250.
B. 8 rounds 4 strict HSPU, 8 strict pull ups and 6 pistols squats. RX pistols on floor.
C. Three rounds of pull over press with a 45 plate, banded ext rot, hanging high knees.
Got some new metcon after 2-3 years. Feeling good.

Had to substitute HSPUs for handstand holds due to shoulder injury
Did 5 rounds and 4 reps
A. Push press
up to 185 ties pr. I failed two attempts at 195. I felt good about that effort coming off of two long days and limited sleep.
B. first 2 rounds rx, then 4 pike pushups and 4 HR pushups each round
total 6+12
I had planned on doing that once SHSPU were gone.
A. Push press
55, 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 130 – 5# PR
B. SHSPU with an Abmat – 1”. (Stacked mats on either side to increase ROM)
8 + 11 reps
Increased my score by 11 reps, and using the abmat is harder for me then going off a box (which I did last time.)
For some reason, I am really good at pistols, which saves me on a wod like this. Pull ups were 4/2/2 every round with an occasional single.
Happy with this effort. Hopefully shspu are in my future.

It’s been sometime since I’ve done pistols, so I would warm-up practice between Push Press attempts.

Push-Press: Worked up to 180 lbs. Was very happy with this!
B.
7 rds + 15 reps – sHSPU UB, pull-ups went down to doubles and singles and pistols were slow but consistent.
That push press is CRAZY!!!! Congrats!

Up to 145lb. Fail at 155. Last max was 160. Been pretty inconsistent lately. Not too surprising i did not exceed. Also moved a bit quickly up. Not much planning went into the approach.

Pretty much in line with last 2 attempts at this workout.

It was very heavy, but I’m glad to only be 5kg off my historical PR.

Partner workout – 10 rounds for time (5 rounds each) of 15cal assault bike + 1 round of DT at 60kg. Complete 1 full round then rest when your partner goes.
