My cousin wanted to come train so we did fitness and I treated it as active recovery
Martin/Joey
A. 7rds + 20. Banded pull ups – 16kg / rx – 24kg
B. 7rds. Rx – box push ups / rx – 8 ring dips (some strict some kipping)
C. 8 rds. 35# – rx / 55# – 8 T2B
It was fun. Depending on how I feel, I might do some DLs followed by AB intervals tomorrow am before leaving for vacation
Have a great weekend

Bit of a crazy week. Just moved so decided to go for a run in the new area!

3 miles at 8:30 pace. Felt good to run some kinks out of the system

Went through with a 1:1 work to rest ratio
A1. 8DL@205lb & 8C2B : 4 rounds+12
Rest drifted from 45s to 60s
A2. Rx. 4 rounds
Rest 60s for this part
A3. 8PC @115lb & 8T2B : 4 round
Rest was 60 s for this part
Took recommended 4 min between each part.
Wrist has been bothering and the first few push jerks were uncomfortable. Scaled to cleans. This was pretty fun. Seemed like a lot of rest but by the end it was a fast 60s rest.
Happy Saturday!
