Breathe exclusively through your nose throughout this entire portion. If you find that your mouth drops open, you’re going too hard. Slow your pace and resume breathing only through your nose. Perform this at 75-80% effort.

Hoping Michele sees this prior to my workout time. “Charlie Horse”…the BB should be taken from the ground…I need your preferred scaling option…
RX weight taken from the rack, or 105-110# taken from the ground?
I mean…the last time we did this I used 105#…I’m going to warm up and work with the 115# a little…but if that doesn’t feel like it’s going to work to take it from the ground repeatedly (I know for a fact I won’t get 25 FS UB) which way would you prefer that I scale?
And I ask you: Which is more important to you? Going faster or lifting heavier? If you could go either way, I’d say take it from the ground and continue to strive for gains there over the next couple times this comes up.
