17:29 Rx. Broke the pull-ups and wall balls into sets of 10.
17:03 rx. Everything felt awful. Posterior is still wrecked from thursday. Felt it as soon as I got off the rower and couldn’t string together a set of 5 pullups. Did everything in really small sets with really small rest. Definitely need that rest day tomorrow.
A field of rest brings a bountiful crop. Great job pushing through despite having a tough session today. Getting through both the good days and the bad is what builds character and helps you to maximize your potential.
Great job! Next time see how long you can hang on to that wallaby. Challenge yourself mentally and have the confidence to know that you will not fail a rep, your are simply uncomfortable and that is temporary.

No rower so I went airdyne x5 mins. I went pretty fast pace, 110 arm pumps per min apx.
14# ball didn’t hit 9′ every time, but at least 8.5.
Tougher than I thought it would be!
