40 seconds of Smurf Jumping Jacks
Rest 20 seconds
40 seconds of Goblet Squats
Rest 20 seconds
40 seconds of Sit Ups or Hollow Holds
Rest 20 seconds
40 seconds of Push Ups
Rest 20 seconds
40 seconds of Weighted Hip Bridges
Rest 80 seconds
Followed by…
Three sets of:
2 minutes of Stretch # 1 (your top priority stretch of choice)
Rest 60 seconds
2 minutes of Stretch # 2 (your second priority stretch of choice)
Rest 60 seconds

Snatch- by far my weakest movement.
But got a 145# PR on the last rep! Woo!

13:15 for Nancy, also a PR on that workout.

***I think this may be my favorite ab workout Travis has done!

Legs feel like rubber today.

I avenged the misses here but this was progress. I’ve always struggled mightily with this movement due to ROM in shoulders.

Hey, I see you got your picture figured out, but it seems like you are still listed as a guest. If you click on the google or facebook icon, you can create a comment account and that will keep you logged in and allow you to change your profile photo, etc. I have found, though, that I have accidentally set up a duplicate account so sometimes when I post with my phone I can’t edit the post when I’m using my laptop/desktop. Weird. Nice job today on those OHSs. I just couldn’t do that much overhead today.

Worked up to 64kg

400m run started around 1’40 and got progressively slower!
Lovely day for running outside in the UK today ?

A. Did hps 4×3 working up to 70 kg
B. Csnt squat atm so did
5 rds 400 m row; 15 GHD raise with 10 kg plate. The ghd after rowing was tough.
