I did with a team today, so I started at push press and we Subbed double unders for row. My total score was 427.

My first push press I got 50! I couldn’t believe it when I looked at the clock and I had 30 and only 30 sec.passed, but each subsequent set was worse due to transition time and fatigue.

Wall balls were 22 each time, kbs were around 25, and double unders made up the rest:)
