Hi Catherine! Sorry I’m just seeing this (I’m newer to the blog). Better. It seems to flare up with heavier weight overhead in the snatch grip. I’ll try again with the next programmed cycle for that and report. 🙂

B. As Rx…8:48 Did not enjoy this. Felt like the bar was crushing my soul every time I received the bar in the front rack. Thank god for rest days.

A. Yesterday’s BS. Last set 8 x 235.
B. 8:44 Rx. Started sucking once I had to break on S2O, but pushed through. Good stuff.
A. Worked up to 170# missed 170 set 8 on the hang and 9 on the snatch. Set 10 nailed it!

A. Worked up to 95lbs; full squat. Felt good for not having done squat snatches since a shoulder surgery. Will scale up next time.
B. Felt slow on the burpees….12:44.
How’s your shoulder been holding up since surgery?
Shoulder feels great. Muscle ups are still a bit unstable, but I probably need to take my rings down from the tree and just focus on rings dips to build the stability back up. I have not tried kipping or butterfly pullups, and will more than likely just stay with strict.
