*Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%
*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 80%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 90%
*Set 6 – 8 reps @ 75-85%
Rest 2 minutes between sets.

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 16 minutes:
Odd Minutes: 6 Front Squats (135/95 lbs) + 6 Pull-Ups
Even Minute: 30 seconds of Rowing for Calories (start the row at 15 seconds into the minute…finishing at 45 seconds)

B. Bryan – even minutes 7 burpees. Christy – 65# front squats, 8 burpees (only 5 rds due to time for Christy).

B. As Rx. This hurt still recovering from a cold. Thought I was good until half way through. Total Cals 72

A. 5×175/4×205/3×215/2×230/1×245 then 8×215(80%) this is definitely a pr, but I have no idea what my previous 8rm may have been.
B. As Rx….FS/PU’s finished in ~30sec,
Cals rowed: 12/11/10/10/9/9/9/13
This hurt.

A: went off of 225 max
B: used 95# for front squat, and run vs row made apx 150m each time.
Tough in last 3 rds.

Ran 2 miles prior to wod. Trying to get those miles in…10k in 2 weeks:)
