Track workout this morning….
1600m warm-up
200/400/600/800/1000…..recovery jog of 200 or 400 back to start line after each run.
All work ~6:30 pace…more volume/faster pace next week.

I’m back after a looong layoff. Was on vacation for 3 weeks then got back and been busy w the baby though mostly it’s just excuses; if I wanted to workout I could have found a way.

Anyone know why you can’t search old workouts anymore? I used to just search “Performance” and all the previous workouts would come up. Now it says nothing found…

I know! I’m so sad 🙁 I used to search whatever lift we were doing for the day to find what I had done previously. I used this as my training log. And now it’s not allowing me to search what I have done.
