3 sets of hspu strict to ab mat, last set kipping
Strict pull ups and dips for MUs
Hs practice for walk
D. Completed with 40 kb
and 45 plate deadlifts

9:21/8:42/9:01/10:34 felt really good on the deficit SHSPU but hit a wall on the HSW.

B. Some people I know put me up to celebrating my birthday by trying to squat my weight 205 (60%) times the number of years 37 without racking the bar. 2:58 mostly quick 5s with 2-3 breaths in between. Hurray!
C. Done with 20 cal row, 20 reg pushups small deficit, 10 ctb, 100ft bear crawl
7:34 8:40(? Maybe misread clock) 7:41 7:20

B) worked at 105, felt solid
C) with some subbed movements:
Replacing HSPU: 10x heavy DB L seated strict press
Replacing MU: UB toes to rings x8
Replacing HS walks HS holds

Not enough time to do those RX I would have been there all night or hurt my neck! Not cleared on HsPUs

B. 100. Felt great today.
C. Did 10 strict HSPU and 10 kipping each round. Did 5 MU each round, felt good, no fails. HSW in 5 ft increments for as much time as I had left of each round (10min).

After B came back to these, tried for another heavy single was not having it.
Did a single at 325

C. Team wod with friends, included echo bike, mus, hsw and some dB fun. Had a quicker session with the holiday so just a good sweat and moved around.
