I’m not a fan of long runs. So much so that I tried to talk myself out of my workout this morning for 2 hours. I finally talked myself into just going as far as finishing the first set of run and lift. Proud of myself for pushing through it and surprised myself on the times.

Hey! I’m back, at least partly. The past couple weeks I’ve been moving cross country(coastal NC to Portland, OR). I’ve been mostly dropping into gyms along the way and doing their class workouts. Just got in a couple days ago. Found a gym that will allow me to be able to do any strength pieces programmed, but still limited on conditioning. The fires and Covid are especially limiting, but trying to supplement with accessory/mono movements in the workouts as best im able. A. If it comes down to getting capped during one or more of the runs. Should i stop a minute or two before hand, or run to the 10 min mark, mark that as my distance, and move on to the next element?

Damn this one looks challenging.
Unfortunately it wasn’t exactly an one day weakness by me, yesterday evening had quite a high fever as well. Today body is feeling better, but something is definitely not good. Hopefully not that covid shit and just the stomach problem plays something funny with me. For a few days no training for sure ?
