(face down, raising straight arms at 90 degrees)
Incline Y Raises x 10 reps @ 2121
(face down, raising straight arms at 45 degrees)
Incline I Raises x 10 reps
(face down, raising straight arms in front)

A.
Front Squat
*Set 1 – 4 reps @ 65% of 1-RM
*Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%
*Set 3 – 4 reps @ 80%
*Set 4 – 4 reps @ 80%
Rest 2 minutes between sets

B.
Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets) of:
Power Snatch

*Sets 1-2 = 2 reps @ 75% of 1-RM Power Snatch
*Sets 3-4 = 1 rep @ 85%
*Set 5 = 1 rep @ 90%
*Set 6 = 1 rep @ 95%
*Sets 7-8 = 1 rep at 95+%

C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
1 Power Clean (155/105 lbs)
1 Thruster
1 Shoulder to Overhead

D.
Every 5 minutes, for 15 minutes (3 sets):
Alternating Barbell Reverse Lunge x 8 reps @ 50% of 1RM Back Squat.
Goblet Squats (Light) x 20 reps
Front-Racked Walking Lunge (Light) x 20 Steps

Openers + crossover symmetry and some long mobilizing A. Done as prescribed, based on 193. Felt good. B. Went lighter here, figured it was about time to fix my snatch technique 🙂 Tried some no feet snatch work after it got heavier C. Lost count… whoops. A. 165×4, 190×4, 205×4, 205#x4. Some solid lifts!
B. 115x2x2, 130x1x2, 135, 140#, 145(f), 145(f). Couldn’t get under the 145# today BUT I will take my 140# as a win since it’s been a long while since I’ve hit heavy solid numbers on Snatch.
C. 22 rounds + 1 rep (67 reps) using 105#. Probably could have scaled the weight up a bit here. I still think it was a good effort.
