Kisha’s fitness journey began in high school by taking weight training class as an elective. She fell in love with the weights and never stopped working out! After high school, she competed in several national level figure competitions. She then found CrossFit and discovered a brand new way to train which led her to give up bodybuilding and dive in head first. She began coaching in 2011, and followed Invictus Athlete remotely for nearly 9 years before joining the Invictus coaching staff. Prior to joining Invictus, she owned and managed two affiliates of my own. She is USA Weightlifting & CrossFit Level 2 certified. She loves the community of CrossFit and helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals.
