The Invictus Everyday Fitness program gives you access to two programs; Performance and Fitness. These two programs can be interchangeable by the day depending on your needs and goals. Both programs follow the same movement pattern and metabolic conditioning stimulus each day, just with varying movements. Fitness Track – You want to get in shape

This is a program for anyone looking to improve on their current body composition, and can work well for those with limited equipment. This program includes training sessions that contain functional strength training that is generally followed by a conditioning piece. This program provides 6 training sessions per week that can be completed in 60 minutes or less.

If you push your limits with the weights and reps prescribed, you are actually doing much more in each session as far as number of exercises, reps and longer time under tension – your breathing and heart rate will be elevated for the entire hour.

Performance – You’re experienced with Functional Fitness

This is your typical CrossFit style training program that features strength progressions as well as HIIT workouts. This program provides 6 training sessions per week that can be done in 60 minutes or less.

How do I follow this program?

Performance and Fitness sessions are fully interchangeable, allowing you to mix and match them throughout the week—or even within the same day. For example, you can start with the strength segment from the Performance track, then finish with Fitness track conditioning, or switch it up! The two programs complement each other seamlessly.   Looking for a bit more to your workout sessions? Or something a little more functional? Try our Muscle & Motor Program. The Muscle program features bodybuilding-style training sessions while the motor program provides a variety of conditioning sessions to keep your training fun! The addition of these programs mean you can tailor your gym experience to fit your needs and goals.
