Snatch Press from Receiving x 3-5 reps

Built over the course of the three sets.

Followed by….

Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
Snatch Balance x 3 reps

Building in weight, but don’t go heavier than you can comfortably and safely bring back down to your back rack.

Every 90 seconds, for 9 minutes (6 sets):
Snatch x 1 rep

*Set 1 = @ 75%
*Set 2 = @ 80%
*Set 3 = @ 84%
*Set 4 = @ 87%
*Sets 5-6 = @ 90%

Single-Leg Progressions
Three sets of:
KB Front Rack Bulgarian Split Squats x 6-8 reps @ 2011

Snatch balance 75#, one set at 85#, but dropped each one
Snatch: 85/90/95/95/100/100F in front
Conditioning: used 20# dB for walking lunges, 35# for devil press. Set 1 all rowing 7:05, set 2 35 cal assault bike 7:15, set 3 35 cal ski 7:00, set 4 15 cal row/bike/ ski 7:30. Did not have the will to do all rowing today, needed more brain friendly activities 🙂

Thanks coach. Regarding the snatches it wasn’t my plan. Something wasn’t clicking and I couldn’t get under the heavier bar today fully.

Dyn/Mob. All done felt great! Tweak my left shoulder yesterday by the way. **Wanted to let you know yesterday I was able to clean 123 lbs and jerk it that’s the heaviest I’ve Leif yes since my surgery .. was pretty stoked about that ?
