Did this for 30 minutes w/ 100′ HSW managed 10 MU, then 8, then 7. Then did EMOM 5 for 4 MU after to get a bit more volume.

That was all the time I had today.
A scaled because I can’t hsw at all and my mus are awful, so I stuck to the reps and time frame but took out the hsw and practiced hsw afterwards.

Sots press x4: 64-75-80lbs Then x3 85-85 lbs Snatch balance and OhS x2 : 95-105-115-125-135 x 1 rep, felt too heavy to put back down on shoulders B. Snatch and hip snatch 95-95-105-105 C. Morning session: Started the day with the fitted today games qualifier. It was a 4 min amrap 3 muscle ups 6 strict handstand push ups and 36 double unders and I felt you got 4 rounds done you got another 4 minutes. I got 3 hspu into my 4th round. My handstand push ups went away quick in my third round and I couldn’t hold pace to get 4 rounds after that. Rest Monday because I had to take my new foster daughter to school.
