Haven’t been posting much because I’ve been deviating a bit, but I could do this and really enjoyed it.
I was really happy to do everything unbroken, the hspu were surprisingly easy and the mus also felt really good!
Had to do the dips on high rings lol. Nice added challenge. That workout was really fun!

*53 lb KB
*Sub 11 Dumbbell Bench Press (50 lbs) for Ring Dips
Everything else was as written. I usually travel to the Caribbean over Thanksgiving but I am not doing that this year so I got to do this. Fun workout.

You made it through 3 days! Rest up and continue to move well and feel good the rest of the week!
That workout was insane!
Just a nice short hour long metcon:)
Wrangled a handful of people into doing this with me early AM before the sun was up!
46:00 – low back got a little tight starting in the round of 7 and one guy passed me. But I caught him on the man makers in the end 🙂
I also couldn’t remember what exactly a man-maker was so we did push up, row right, push up, row left, squat clean to over head. Are they power cleans? Bonus!
Fun to do with friends. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Haha! Great to see that little competitive push 🙂
You’ve done mapmakers long enough to know its a power clean!?!?!?♂️??♂️
Only once a year! And then we had beast makers introduced this year! It’s a fair mix up. Either way, good fitness was had by all! ??♀️
