C-2.1 rounds all full squat snatch 135. 1 miss and 4 no reps. Felt pretty good to get multiple 135 full snatches. As what Corey said a year ago I would never had been able to accomplish what I did today and I’m only getting younger.
Update coming Monday but got to say without this program I don’t think this my success would of been possible . Thanks to the entire invictus crew. It was a hard fought fight.
