This was the first time I jumped over the box on the BBJ. It is definitely faster, not sure though how they would feel at the end of three day and six events. I’m hoping I get a chance to find out.

Started off with some extra snatch work:
5×3 snatches @ 140#, rest 60 sec
3×3 snatch pulls @ 205#, rest 60 sec.
