*If you aren’t able to do strict HSPU then please do 2 kipping Ring-Dips instead.
Note:
Adjust the volume if your shoulders are feeling tired from this weeks training. You can bring either the rep scheme down or reduce the amount of rounds. Goal should be to finish this in under or around 20 minutes.

B. 13:10, tried to use new gps watch for the 800m, but I think I didn’t have the settings right. I ran 5 minutes and I still wasn’t at 800m :-(, then did the 10 rds in 8 mins. Took me a few rounds to figure out the kb snatch alternating hands and used 2″ def on hspu.
