A. Dead stop front squats instead. Worked up to 1 rep then backed off to 85% for 4 sets of 3@ 135#.
B. Worked up to 125#, these felt good today. The 2in below knee is feeling better but still awkward for me.
C. 4+10. 20# ball, pullups UB. WB 20, 14/6, 13/7, 12/8. I haven’t thrown the 20 in awhile. Waaaaayyyy harder.
A. 3 banded MU(this is my goal to get these!), 60 second holds, 50 UB DU’s.
I’ll come back for the remainder tonight.
