30 Shoulder to Overhead with Axle (160/100 lbs)
Try to get your hands on an Axle. If you haven’t worked with one before, there are some differences that you will want to feel.
C.
Massage, acupuncture or body work of your choice. If not an option, perform some self myofascial release and mobility.
