A.
Two sets at max weight of:
50-Foot Yoke Carry
(wear a belt – not just for support, but because it gives you something to press your obliques against for tactile feedback – do not push your stomach forward, rather push your obliques out)
Rest as needed

*A good goal is to use at least your 1-RM squat weight for this; and top athletes will handle 150% of their 1-RM back squat on the yoke.

Rest 5 minutes, and then…

B.
Build to today’s max effort…
50-Foot Farmer’s Carry

Rest 5 minutes, and then…

C.
Three sets of:
100-Foot Harnessed Sled Drags
Rest 60 seconds

Rest 5 minutes, and then…

D.
Every minute, on the minute, for as long as possible…
120-Foot Sled Sprint

Use weight that will allow you to complete the 120′ in 12 seconds or less on the first 1-2 efforts. The EMOM stops when you cannot finish the sprint in less than 15 seconds.

Running Endurance Option
Three sets of:
1.5 Mile Repeats
Rest 3 Minutes

These are meant to be done at a moderate pace, something you can keep for all 3 sets.

Session one
Ankle and hip mobility
Hip activation

Conditioning:
Did scaled version that I did last time to compare.
3 rounds
10 dball 100
10 muscle ups
5:58 (5:03 last time)
3 rounds
30 cal ski
30 ttb
11:24 (~12:00)
120m fc 70 lb kb
30 bbjo
120m fc
6:28 (~7:00)

Not super quantifiable, but faster in the two pieces that I wouldn’t consider wheelhouse workouts, and I didn’t have my super sexy training partner breathing down my neck this time

The farmer carry on april 8 was 200ft. Is it a typing mistake or are we just doing 100ft tomorrow?
