A.
Every 3 minutes, for 9 minutes (3 sets):
125 Foot Handstand Walk (as quickly as possible)

Rest until the clock reaches 2:00, and then…

20 Seconds to Snatch
(Snatch weight for all three sets should be the weight you envision opening with in this event for Regionals. – Same drill that we practiced last week, we’re looking for consistency to help you determine an optimal opening weight.)

Please note how many of the three attempts were successful.

B.
Two rounds for time of:
Row 25 Calories
16 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
9 Strict Handstand Push-Ups to 4.5″/3″ Deficit

Immediately followed by…

Two rounds for time of:
Row 25 Calories
10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
5 Strict Handstand Push-Ups to 4.5″”/3″” Deficit

C.
10 Minutes of Cool Down Rowing

Followed by…

15 minutes of Light Stretching

A. :40 215 made, :41 215 2 misses (tape sliding off my thumbs), :54(started at :10) 215 made

B1. 5:26
B2. 10:18 at finish so about 4:28 from when i started rowing on the second part

A. Went with 215 today.. make, miss, make (2/3.. Miss was lack of focus in catch)
B. Done.. Class had the clock so no time on this just went through at the pace I plan on doing for the event.

Good luck to everyone this weekend, thank you CJ and the Invictus crew for getting all of us prepared throughout the year, I can personally say I wouldn’t be close to where I am without all of the programming and guidance! See all the West folks tomorrow, hope everyone has fun!!

A) Walks in 1:14/1:20/1:50 (had to go back to a 10′ line after a 5′ fall). Feeling better and better with these every day. Snatch high pull + OHS at 155/165/165. Warmed up actual snatch to 145. B) 11:41 consistent rows, UB C2Bs, 3 hspu finished with push-ups. Jessi and I realized today we’ve been accidentally practicing at a 4″ deficit so we’re pretty happy about that mistake! Haha!
