Thanks Nichole…first set of FSquats felt heavy and I was like “oh no” but after that things opened up and was able to complete the sets as prescribed.

C) 5+11 Cals. Did AB instead of rowing and 20 crunches instead of T2B. Push press got tough last round. Love all the upper body work today?

On the presses Nicole, you said you wanted me to use DB.
Do you want me to do single arm or both together. Also, what weight do you recommend I start with? (1RM strict Press 95lbs)
