Went a little slower, trying to feel out pacing on wallabies
No time for 4 today.
Taught a clinic then did Event 3 – 16:50
15 seconds closer than last time
Went to work for a few hours then event 4 – 10:00 ?Much slower than the last 2 times.
I think it was a combination of the makeshift KB+DB wobbling around everywhere and mental/emotional stuff from work carrying over. Time to brush that off and move on.
This event is a tough one to test if you don’t have the correct KB’s no to mention spacing and transitions vary so much. Use it as volume accumulation and learning.
