DMA done + kettlebells windmills flow I did Friday’s training today as I have one of my recovery days on Fridays. A. C&J – worked from 45 kg up to a new PR of 62 kg. It felt really good today, but didn’t want to push too hard since I’m very sore in my legs after the Saturday session. For some reason I always become more sore during these transition weeks… š B.
