A. 12:39. need to play around with where i want my hands with the 30″ box standard for handstand pushups. these are a strength for me and i took a few no reps because i was losing my balance.

AM-session: A. 10:11 I had a judge counting all my reps and he also wrote down the time after I finished each movement: DU: 1:02 (unbroken) HSPU: 3:52 (did them in sets of 10×2, and then 7-8reps each set, maybe to last sets were 5reps/set, not sure…).
