80 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
60 Alternating Pistols
40 Alternating DB Snatch (70/50 lbs)

Rest approximately 4 hours if possible before starting Part B.

B.
2013 CrossFit Games Regionals Event 5
Complete rounds of 21, 15 and 9 reps for time of:
Deadlift (315/205 lbs)
Box Jump (30″/24″)

A. completed Wallballs at 4:45, C2B at 10:50, pistols at 13;20, and DB snatches at 17:13. It’s going to be a challenge for me to finish this work before 25mins is up!

B. Skipping this and day 3 because of ripped hand and I have Fire testing over the next two days.

A. 100 WB 80 C2B PU 60 pistols 40 DB snatch @ 70lb What I did: 100 WB 80 DU 60 Pistols 3 KB snatch @ 70lb. 12:42 Not a typo, that’s a 3. Half way through the 4th KB snatch on my left arm I felt the bicep so cut it short. Tried working with KT tape, didn’t do much. I will try more stretch next time. I put my new elbow sleeve on after and it felt much better. Tried a few pullups, could still feel the bicep but I feel a bit more confident with the sleeve.… Read more »

At the 8:00 mark I was at 10 box jumps in the round of 15. Finished this workout just to feel it out. 11:27.

Had some logistical issues today. Went to a different gym and the pull-up bars were so thick and slippery that I couldn’t do more than 2 C2B at a time…I thought I was never going to finish….

A) 25:37 I think that with a decent pull-up bar, I will do much better!!! The pistols went really well! So I hope I get to finish the pistols at the Regionals.
