Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD
and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)
B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.
C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

Had planned on a redo of 17.2 tomorrow but after talking with my coach decided to move on with my programming instead. No BMU this time. 🙁 I am looking forward to working on these with you this year, so that by next Open I can crush a WOD like this one!
Skipped a 17.2 redo and decided to play basketball this morning. Thanks to Invictus for giving me the strength, speed and stamina to keep up with the 23-year old that I had to guard. ?

Shoulder press: 55/58/63/68/73. Push press complete
B. Did 600 ski erg/30 Du/10hspu/30Du/300 ski erg. Times were 6:59/6:44, got better second round on ski erg. Had to change everything due to weather, elbows and knees
C. Done, sub GHD raise for hamstring partner
