Not feeling so hot today…. I think I’ve been fighting off some sortot sickness this week. so I squatted and made up 19.4 and called it a day. ??‍♀️
A) up to 205
B) made up 19.4- 113 Rx tie break 4:09
pretty happy with this!

Warmup done.
A. Up to 155Kg(81.5%)
B. 85/95/105/115/120/125kg(75%). Stopped there, these felt terrible. Slow in the legs, weak in the pull, and the weight felt like it was crashing down on me in the catch. A bit disappointed because I was looking forward to doing cleans.
