Quarterfinals are upon us, let’s get it started with a test from last year. This one is all about core. The GHD into muscle up combination caused a good amount of problem. Add in the Pistols and you’re fatiguing the hip flexors and low back even further. Keep moving at a consistent pace to chip away at this one. Check back to where you were at last year and see if you improved!

A1. Front Squat: Built to 265#. Initially failed it but then tried it again with a belt. Definitely shaky. Still recovering from illness.
A2. DL + Clean + HC + FS + Clean: Built to 165#. Tried 175 but kept failing the Hang Clean.
C. 7 DB Hang Squat Cleans + 5 DB FSs @ 50# for 5 of 10 sets (went every 2 mins).
B. Capped at 15:00. Completed 2 rounds. 3 RFT: 50 Air Squats, 30 GHD Sit-ups, 10 Ring MUs.
