Back Squat
*Set 1 – 6 reps @ 75-80%
*Set 2 – 4 reps @ 80-85%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85-90%
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
B.
Five rounds for time of:
10 Toes to Bar
15 Thrusters
20 Burpees Over the Barbell
25 Pull-Ups
40-49: 135/95 lbs
50-54: 115/75 lbs
55-59: 95/65 lbs
60+: 65/45 lbs

B. 26:39 …. did this on Sunday afternoon in the heat of the day…pretty sure it was almost 100 degrees….good games prep thatÊ»s for sure…a whole lot of suck on this workout! Burpees felt like eternity…I just wanted to stay at the pull-up bar the entire workout! 😉

B. Did this one today, Sunday. I purposely didn’t look at the times before I started bc I knew it was going to be a grinder but holy crap! I think I died a little.

29:32 lots of rest on the 135lb thrusters and burpees were really slow- did it alone – hard to push on this one in an empty box.
I did this one alone too!! Not fun!
I sat down on my barbell a couple times in the 4th and 5th rounds thinking “Oh God, I hope this doesnt happen at the games”

B. 28:07. Whoa, that was a good one! I wore grips and still tore my hands:) Heavy thrusters and burpees over the barbell, that combo is a crusher! Rested a lot there. Happy to have that one in the books!
