Mobility and Activation
Three sets of:
Band Assisted Ankle Mobility Drill x 12-15 pulses per side
Banded Hip Flexor Stretch x 60 seconds per side
Front Rack PNF Stretch x 5 sec on/10 sec off for 5 cycles
A.
Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets), complete:
Front Squat x 2-3 reps @ 83-85%
B.
Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets), complete:
Clean from 2″ below knee x 1.1.1
(this is preferably done off of blocks)
C.
Five sets for max reps of:
30 seconds of Snatch (power or full is fine)
Rest 2 minutes between sets.

How is the back feeling?
Good- rest has helped stretching and massage has helped. I found the top of the squat hurt yesterday in the left S/I but the clean and snatch were ok. No worries during the thrusters. Historically if I decrease the load it heals right up..

A. 145# for all, 88%, yeah feeling stronger!
B. 95-125#. These are hard for me. Brought in 6in boxes and that helped. I wanted to go up in weight, but wasn’t hitting 3 rep with good form.

D. 11:10. I’m with everyone else. The pullups were plain slow after those heavy thrusters..
