* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility DrillsĀ and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility DrillsĀ and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

Mobility and maintenance done. I badly wanted to catch up with the workload today but things just didn’t work out. Didn’t do “Karen” or the 500m Row sprints this week.

Gave up in my whoop and got a biostrap. Spent about an hour trying to train exercises with inconsistent results. Anyone else have a biostrap? It doesnā€™t seem to like when my feet are not on the floor, no matter how consistently Iā€™m moving

Friday’s training session today DMA done + my shoulder rehab/prehab A. Bench press at 42 kg, felt a bit heavy today B. Completed, floor presses with 15 kg x 2 DBs C. Karen 8:59 min (previous PR was 9:51 min done in -10C…), disappointed about the time, but it felt heavy after Cindy yesterday and a late night yesterday with some wine, food and good friends, so I’ll make it better next time.
