Mobility and maintenance done. I badly wanted to catch up with the workload today but things just didn’t work out. Didn’t do “Karen” or the 500m Row sprints this week.
Gave up in my whoop and got a biostrap. Spent about an hour trying to train exercises with inconsistent results. Anyone else have a biostrap? It doesnāt seem to like when my feet are not on the floor, no matter how consistently Iām moving
