C: High 43, low 16. 43, 27, 18, 16, 18, 18, 19, 20, 21. Painful between sets starting round 3, legs wouldn’t recover. Strange enough, they felt better for about the first 12 seconds on the rounds until the wheels fell off at 22 seconds. Interesting what 30s sprints feel like.
D: Done w/50# ball
Adductor muscles slightly better today. Didn’t squat, hope they heal up quick.
I felt like I had 12-15 seconds of power per round (tried to hold above 85 rpm) then it was like someone put the bike in a pool.
How are the adductors feeling today?
I think they are feeling good enough for the 135 OHS today. Going to stretch them before the workout today and make sure I’m warm. Will shut it down the first sign of an issue but think I’ll be ok. Not sure about deadlifting though. I felt them yesterday just power cleaning up to 225.

A. No hip pain but these tempo squats felt really heavy today. First sets made all four at 250, next two sets only made three at 270 and the last sets only made one at 290.
B. 215, 230, 245, 260. Had to really focus on these they felt way heavy.
C. AB will be done another time.
