30 Second Supinated-Grip Hang from Pull-Up Bar
Rest 15 seconds
Hindu Push-Ups x 10 reps
Rest 15 seconds
Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Press x 5 reps each side
Rest 15 seconds
Single-Arm Overhead Kettlebell Cossack Squat x 8 reps each leg @ 2111
Rest 15 seconds
GHD Hip Extension x 8 reps @ 2012
(focus on glute activation and maintaining a hollow position)
Rest as needed

B.
Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
3 Front Squats + Jerk @ 90-92% of 1-RM C&J

C.
Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (6 sets) of:
25/18 Calorie Assault Bike
*Power Snatch

Sets 1-2 = 10 Power Snatch @ 50-55% of 1-RM Snatch
Sets 3-4 = 7 Power Snatch @ 60-65%
Sets 5-6 = 4 Power Snatch @ 70-75%

When the running clock reaches 20:00…

D.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
2 Dumbbell Power Cleans (60/40 lbs)
2 Bar Muscle-Ups
4 Dumbbell Power Cleans
4 Bar Muscle-Ups
6 Dumbbell Power Cleans
6 Bar Muscle-Ups
and so on….

E.
Three sets of:
Pronated-Grip Barbell or Ring Rows x 10 reps @ 2111
Rest as needed
Dumbbell French Press x 12 reps

B. Did all my sets at 235. My main focus was to keep a strong core and hold a strong position at the top of my jerk. C. Did 20 Cals – Used 135/160/185 – All sets done in 1:45 or less D. Finished with 4 MU left on the 12 reps. Focused on breathing and staying consistent on attacking the bar after the. DB cleans. Body feels like crap, red recovery last two days :/
B: done at 225, went lighter because felt like shit
C: started with 20 cal then 15, went lighter with weights 115/135/155
Had to coach so couldn’t fit in the 10 min AMRAP.

This week was wild with work, hopefully next week is better.

B. Completed 3 sets at 107kg, dropped to 105kg and hit two sets with one Jerk and missed the jerk completely on set 6. Split Jerk is a major weakness to work on.
C. Scaled to 15 cals all rounds done in 1:45 or less 115, 140, 160 used for weight
Finished 4 BMU in rd of 10.

B. 245/255/255/255/265/245 – this was tough today.
C. Brutal. Dropped to 20 cals after first round and switched between AAB and echo with training partner. 135/135/155/155/175/175 – had about :45 rest between sets, some closer to :25. No legs.
D. Just focused on technique here after C, nice and controlled. Through the round of 10s and 5 power cleans into 12. We only have 55# dbs.
E. Done, ring rows and 20/25/30 dbs.

C. Done on xebex bike (25/25/15/15/17/20 Cal), UB snatches. Cals took ~ 2min each, RX UB Power Snatches
D. Rd of 10 complete + 2 DB PCs (used 50s as gym didn’t have 60s)
E. Done w/ RRs and 30lb DBs

B: done with 55kg. I struggled a bit with my jerk today, so kept it a little lighter.
C: done with 32.5, 32.5, 35, 35, 40, 42.5kg
D: 7 reps into the round of 12s. 16kg dbs
