Had to just ride the assault bike (maintaining 300 watts) because of my back while my workout partner did the WOD in 11:52. He’s 28 🙂
Taking rest day. CNS seems challenged. Did a little work on rope climb technique and called it a day. Will do the 2011 Games workout Monday. Want to compare my time in 2011.
