I finally finished this. 4:05 and 3:37, it’s a small miracle!!!!

Used 35lbs all rounds were 50 sec

A. 1:35/1:28

B. done but only did 5 ctb cuz I have been having a lot of shoulder pain lately. All wallballs unbroken.

C. Done. All around 45 seconds.

Didn’t think I was going to make it through today cuz I’ve been so achy and painful throughout my body. Hopefully I have a good week of rest coming up. Looking forward to seeing/competing against Curt and all of the amazing athletes… So inspiring.

2:25…15 and 6 reps.DL
1:58…11 and 4 reps. DL. Amazing compared to my first time…so happy with this.

B.
1:56, 2:33, 2:55. That 30lb wallball is nasty stuff.

C.
1:10, 1:03, 0:56, 0:58, 0:57. Got into the rhythm here.

Finally hit 21 and 15 DL UB

B- Only 2Rnds to save hands
Both in 2:30 range

C- All around 45-50sec I think. Felt good today.
