Mobility and Maintenance

* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility DrillsĀ and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility DrillsĀ and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

Did a fun workout with my friends. Got to try a ski erg for the first time !
6 rounds new round every 10 min
200 m run/row
10 push press (75#)
12 cal ski erg
10 hpc
8 cal assault bike
10 slam balls (30#)
Stayed around 4:20 until last 2 rounds closer to 5

A day behind
DMA done
A. SHSPU 22/9/6
B. DUs 200 in 3:00. First 100 UB then sets of 20. Probably should have paced better
C. Sage at 20. 3+18. Thrusters were so heavy, sets of 5. PUs 7/7/6×2 then 7/6/5/2. Spent most of my time staring at the barbell waiting for my spaghetti arms to feel like they could do more thrusters ?
