A.
Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

Thursday’s swim session. Done.
Cut technique work in half.
Main sets and optional warm down done Rx.
Only set I timed was the 200s w the push-ups and air squats – 8:59

Yesterday’s strongman.

Warmup and openers – done

A. Overhead yoke – empty (I think it weighs 180#)
B. Farmed carries- 110 added pounds per hand. Not sure how much the handles weigh.
C. 5 min amrap w 100# sandbag. 5 rounds + 3 reps
