Did Wednesday, just been too busy with work to log, and felt so tired last night. A) Skipped. B) Only got to 135#, felt like it was too much effort so did not continue, last PR was 145#. C) Times were all just under 9 minutes, last time they were all under 8 minutes. Did not do good at all, was not feeling good, knees were really bothering me and so tried to use my hips more on the rows in rounds 2 and 3. Runs were super slow, just not feeling good all around. I haven’t done a bar muscle up in over a year so I figured chest to bar pull ups would be better to test today! 12/5/5….apparently I still have the recovery capacity of a lifter lol. Did the row/run/DU in 6:45/7:20/6:45 probably should have pushed it a bit more on round two but wasn’t sure if I’d gas out. The V up complex…. um… so hard!

A)Got 7 in the first round and got a blood blister so I stopped there as to not rip the blister.
B)Built to 225# which is 90%
C)6:30/6:36/6:39 These were all faster than the last time by :10-:06 per round.

Strength seems to be off as I have only been able to get 90% of my previous 1RM all week. Conditioning is better based upon the retests.

Thanks Nichole. I’ve always toyed around with the idea of joining the strength program to strictly work on my strength as I’ve always been stronger on the conditioning side of my fitness.
