Shoulder Circles x 20 reps (10 one direction/10 other direction)
Close-Grip Push-Ups x 10 reps
Prone Plank Hold x 60 seconds (on elbows with the forehead positioned over the thumbs)
Rest as needed

and then . . .

One set of:
Banded Air Squats x 15 reps @ 3211
Banded Monster Walks x 20 steps forward and backwards
Banded Lateral Walks x 20 steps each direction

A.
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
Snatch x 1 rep

*Sets 1-3 – 50% of 1-RM Snatch
*Sets 4-6 – 60%
*Sets 7-9 – 70%
*Sets 10-12 – 75-80%
*Sets 13-15 – 80-85%

and then . . .

Three sets of:
Snatch Pull x 1 @ 100-105%
Rest as needed

Pool session: 350m swim + 2 mile run for time – 22:49 total…
Mobility done
A. Snatch: 85-155#; pulls at 175#
B. 6:57 (sort of had a problem here with the straps, came loose after 1st Rep and tried to strangle me…had to tie it up to the rig…lost about 25-30 Secs…probably didn’t help I did 45 mu yesterday but I needed to get them in)
C. Done
2A. 187 cals (Air dyne)

2 hour session with my gymnastics coach. No further training. Good progress made today on Bar MU and handstand walking.

Pool for 350swim transition into 2 mile run- swim was 7 min probs a 1 min transition – total time 23:58
Went to box and did the ass bike workout on the air dyne accumulated 210 Cals – sick to my stomach after this
Then did met con 5:19 subbed 45 sec hand stand hold for lunges bc I am nursing an old man back.

One Session today – family was getting together for a 4th cookout today 🙂

A. Snatch: 90/110/125/135/135/145/155×3, pulls done at 185#
B. Metcon: 5:20 – PR’d with 10 UB MU to start!!! Just kept going 🙂 Took a bit of a breather after that 😉 Did the T2Rings unbroken and did 4/3/3 on the second set of MU. Grip was smoked!
C. Did this with my sister who had this in her work for the day:

50 air squats
25 cal row

D. 3sets of Good mornings, GHD holds – done
E. Shoulder burnout – done

pulls: 175, 185, 190
B. 4:25, 8/2 straight into10 t2rings, then 10 t2rings, 4/3/3 mu. Lunges felt heavy!
C. done with 2.5’s
PM
did some strongman with Regan: 3 sets: Yoke Carry 200′, 100lb DBall Bear Hug Carry x 200′
A. Assault Bike intervals (these were soooooo much harder than I thought they would be)
14/14/13/13/13/12/12/11/11/10/11/12/10/10/10 (all I could do to hold on to 10 Cal at the end)
B. Good Mornings done with 75lbs, straight body holds done.
