A day behind
Snatch pull + snatch: from 35 to 47 kg. Technique off but staring to feel more confident going under the bar
Conditioning: 23:22 min. Whole body sore and heavy today. But wanted to do this RX so took my time.
First set of BMU very heavy.
First time doing Squat Snatches at 43 kg in a workout.
Weighted chin-ups with 15 kg plate. 12 reps of regular pushups.
