Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes, complete:
Clean + Jerk
Sets 1-2: 65% of 1-RM
Sets 3-4: 70% of 1-RM
Set 5: 75% of 1-RM
Set 6: 80% of 1-RM

Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes, complete:
Clean & Jerk @ 80-85% of 1-RM

B. 4:40 (I incorporated a 40’ HS walk obstacle course using a 4/8/12/8/4” staircase on the 2nd HS walk. I got it the very first attempt unbroken ?, the first and third rounds of HS Walks were 100’ as prescribed…HS Walk portions took 1:00, 0:32, 0:56)
C. 20# and 10# done
