Swam at 69’s today. Water was kinda rough today for summer time. Ended up doing 3 sets of what I think are 200-250m.
4:14 freestyle mostly, 4:58 (breastroke for the heck of it), 4:30 freestyle mostly (had to maneuver around a coral reef).
