Using our “Mind Muscle” Video Playlist as a guide:
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

Have been doing a lot of hiking and biking this week so not a lot of formal workouts. Today: 20 min of 30 sec med hard assault bike, 30 sec easy— had planned on doing 30 minutes, dead at 17 so 20 was all I could do today
Work on Front squats, low amount of reps and weight, just getting back in the groove

A day behind
Hang snatches: up to 46 kg, PR with 1 kg. Will upload clips.
Conditioning: made 5 RMU before time cap. Whole body sore today, could barely move (in a good way). Row 4:12
Burpees UB but slow pace
